US Threatens to Arm Al Qaeda, ISIS with Anti-Air Missiles.
US officials have threatened Syria and its allies – including Russia
specifically – that the collapse of a US-proposed ceasefire will lead
“Gulf states” to arm militants with shoulder-fired anti-aircraft
missiles.
