Russia says will never contact or negotiate with ISIL, Nusra
“These are terrorist groups, we shall not make any contacts with them.
There will never be a discussion on the rights of terrorists, on
preconditions. Russia will not negotiate with them,” Syromolotov told
RIA Novosti.
