Recently, one of the Saudi Arabia’s analyst claimed Saudi Arabia can take Iran’s air space and occupy it that lead to response from one of the officials of the ex-president of U.S. George W Bush’s conservative government:
“Colin Powell”, former U.S. secretary of state urged Saudis to ignore their illusion of attacking militarily to Iran. In CNN channel’s program, three Saudi expert claimed that they can occupy Iran’s air space and dominate it approximately between 4 to 6 hours.
Colin Powell who was a guest and expert in this program, reacted to this asserts. He laughed ridiculously and then said: no, no, I don’t think so, your statements are more like humor and laughing speeches; if Iran fights with you directly, you won’t even have a time to demand us assistance.
It’s better to be a bit more realistic and don’t compare Iran with Yemen or any other country, even we the United States haven’t said such a claim.
